Stronger.Better.Faster

 

Personal FITNESS training in Surrey, East Hampshire & South-West London.

Since 2007 I have gained a whole lot of industry and life experience. Life is not always how we expect it to be, but we have good intentions and always want the best for ourselves and loved ones. However, sometimes the path to the “best” is not linear and life gets in the way. I will help you develop good habits, structure, self confidence and this will enable you to maximise your exercise time. I want you to reach the best version of you and I will do everything in my power to help. If you can incorporate a balance of resistance and endurance training with movement into your day you will increase physical and mental performance and avoid injury. I love functional, innovative and stimulating training myself, which forms the programming of my clients’ sessions. This will help keep you motivated and progressing to your best self.

1:1


1:1 FITNESS TRAINING

45-60 minute sessions focussing on optimising you’re your body, mind and performance.  1:1 sessions are designed solely around you and your goals so that every element of training will be specific to you.  During 1:1 sessions I can monitor your form for safety, your exercise intensity and your motivation levels- making sure that you work at your best all the time. I will also test you regularly related to your goals to make sure your program is taking you down the right path.  1:1 sessions really can push you harder and train you better than working alone.  You just need to be committed and trust the process.

For up to 6 people I can offer tailored fitness training and regular progress testing. This gives you and the group the benefits of 1:1 sessions such as monitoring form, focussing on high intensity levels and keeping motivation high. This is a brilliant way of gaining the benefits of 1:1 with a lower price point per person.
