1:1 FITNESS COACHING
45-60 minute workouts focussing on coaching you where you need it. 1:1 fitness coaching is designed solely around you and your goals so that every element of training will be specific to you. During 1:1 coaching sessions I can guide you through every part of your journey, making sure that you train at your best all the time. I can also test you regularly in relation to your goals to make sure your program is working for you. It doesn’t stop there; you can also utilise tailored workouts to supplement your training and get advice on nutrition to support your training. 1:1 fitness coaching really can push you harder and train you better than training alone. You just need to be committed to the plan and trust the process.

SMALL GROUP FITNESS COACHING
Train with others to spread the cost.
For up to 4 people I can offer all of he benefits of 1:1 fitness coaching but in a shared training environment. Training in a small group means you pay less per person per session than you would for 1:1. This simply makes coaching more affordable without compromising the quality.
