I started fitness coaching in 2007, following a degree in sports science, and I have gained a whole lot of industry and life experience since then. I am now a father of 2 and a husband so I know how busy daily life is. Your schedule can be hectic, trying to parent, work, maintain relationships and keep on top of your own well being is all consuming. But, as with most goals, consistency is key to success. I will help you develop sustainable good habits, structured exercise goals and nutritional guidelines and this will enable you to maximise your overall health and fitness gains. I want you to reach the best version of yourself and I will do everything in my power to help I just need you to be committed. I will tailor resistance and endurance training with daily movement/nutrition goals into your routine based on a timetable that you can stick to. This process will give you results that can be maintained. This process will help keep you motivated and wanting to show up.

1:1 FITNESS COACHING
45-60 minute workouts focussing on coaching you where you need it. 1:1 fitness coaching is designed solely around you and your goals so that every element of training will be specific to you. During 1:1 coaching sessions I can guide you through every part of your journey, making sure that you train at your best all the time. I can also test you regularly in relation to your goals to make sure your program is working for you. It doesn’t stop there; you can also utilise tailored workouts to supplement your training and get advice on nutrition to support your training. 1:1 fitness coaching really can push you harder and train you better than training alone. You just need to be committed to the plan and trust the process.

SMALL GROUP FITNESS COACHING
Train with others to spread the cost.
For up to 4 people I can offer all of he benefits of 1:1 fitness coaching but in a shared training environment. Training in a small group means you pay less per person per session than you would for 1:1. This simply makes coaching more affordable without compromising the quality.
