Introduction
I have been a personal trainer since 2007 and have developed my own fitness and conditioning from the ground up. As a father of two wonderful girls and husband to a legend, I know that spare time is often in short supply so I will always take care to maximise your work.
Over the years I have explored and taken part in so many forms of sport and exercise through sheer curiosity and enjoyment. I draw on experience in triathlon, obstacle races, CrossFit, outdoor group training and more to create an exciting and stimulating framework for you to train in.
I cater for all fitness levels and abilities thanks to many years of commitment working with many different people.

In my spare time I’m also a keen cricketer, cyclist and runner, but am also dabble in skiing, surfing and obstacle races.
My training is flexible- I can come to you, online or in the “Pure Garage” Gym near Alton, Hants. All you need is your good self and your energy!
